Annotation of /psiconv/trunk/NEWS

0.9.0  200401??  New major library version number. You now need to call
                   psiconv_config_read and give the result as first parameter
                   to all parse and generate functions. All formerly global
                   variables are now in this config structure. Also some minor
                   psiconv_sketch_section changes. If you parse images,
                   you will have to take a quick look there. Others should
                   be safe (unless they use routines in parse_routines.h or
                   gen_routines.h; there have been a few minor changes there
                   too, besides the config stuff).
                 Use config files /etc/psiconv.conf and ~/.psiconv.conf
                 Support automake 1.6 and 1.7
                 Support autoconf-2.50 and up
                 Support ImageMagick 5.4.x and 5.5.x (API changed once again...)
                 Support Unicode output in psiconv program (Keita Kawabe)
